Workers First, Vote Union
This Labor Day finds us at a crossroads like no other. On this day when we celebrate all our sisters and brothers have done, we are called to be stronger than ever. This weekend, across the state, workers will not be taking the day off, they will be volunteering to give out more meals and supplies than ever before because of the failures in Washington to protect workers and families as we are hit with crisis after crisis.
Union members know what to do in a crisis; step it up. America’s Unions built this country and we have every right to celebrate this weekend while we also keep our fundamental traditions of helping each other when we are in need. Whether we have been furloughed, need to stand in solidarity against racial and social injustice, require PPE for our essential work, or need a little extra hand getting food on the table. Our brothers and sisters are there for us because we are stronger as a Union.
Solidarity is also the only way to protect our Democracy and we will keep doing what we do best, stepping up, until we get the most Pro-Labor candidate in modern history elected as President of the United States on November 3.
Please join Pennsylvania AFL-CIO President Rick Bloomingdale and Secretary-Treasurer Frank Snyder Friday, September 4th at 4 PM for a Virtual Labor Day Kickoff! Join the discussion across the state honoring this important weekend of action.

It is crucial that we mobilize union members across Pennsylvania to vote for AFL-CIO endorsed candidates. We need the help of members across every sector to make this happen. Get involved with the election by signing-up to volunteer at the link below:
