No matter where we were born, where we live or what kind of work we do, we all deserve fair treatment and dignity on the job, and to go home safely to our families at the end of the day.
That’s what working people value – and right now, it’s under threat by anti-worker extremists.
Dozens of union members from every industry in the economy have been targeted, arrested, detained, deprived of due process and even deported as a result of the mass deportation agenda.
The increased threat of arrest and deportation makes all workers less safe and secure on the job. It chills immigrant workers into silence so fewer bosses are held accountable for violating workers’ rights. That means more dangerous worksites and more exploitation for all workers, no matter where they were born.
We believe that an injury to one is an injury to all. That’s why we’re choosing which side we’re on: the side of the working-class, not anti-worker politicians and their billionaire puppeteers.
